Job Title: Account Manager - Technology Recruitment

Full-time Opportunity | Hybrid based in Calgary, AB | 2 days/week on-site

As we continue expanding in Alberta, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Calgary team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and partnering with clients to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage client relationships with key decision-makers in Calgary’s technology sector.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and staffing priorities.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle in collaboration with our recruitment team—from job intake to candidate placement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Benchmark’s footprint across Alberta.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership in Vancouver to align strategies and share market insights.

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (preferably within IT or professional services).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for helping people find meaningful careers and organizations find great talent.
  • A growth mindset—someone eager to contribute to the success of a growing office.
