Job Title: Product Manager – B2B Cloud Solutions
12-month contract | On-site in Vancouver | Must hold a valid Canadian Work Visa
Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help drive the evolution of a mature and commercially successful suite of enterprise cloud solutions used by organizations around the world to manage, secure, and deploy mobile devices at scale.
This role sits within a global product organization responsible for enterprise SaaS products serving IT administrators and enterprise customers. The successful candidate will own product strategy and roadmap execution for cloud-based B2B solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams across North America and Asia to deliver innovative capabilities that drive customer adoption, business growth, and competitive differentiation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Product Manager with experience in enterprise SaaS, mobility management, device management, or adjacent B2B technology platforms who enjoys working in a large-scale global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, QA, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives
- Drive product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and adoption metrics
- Champion customer-centric decision-making while balancing business and technical priorities
- Partner with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones to ensure alignment on product direction and delivery
- Support product transformation initiatives focused on market positioning, customer value realization, scalability, and future growth
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the product and product management processes
- Manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and cross-functional coordination activities
- Ensure adherence to established product management processes, governance standards, and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software products throughout the full product lifecycle
- Experience working within B2B SaaS product environments
- Strong background in enterprise-scale software products serving large organizations
- Experience defining product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and business cases
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile product development environments
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software platforms and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives
Highly Preferred Experience
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), or Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions
- Experience working with enterprise mobility platforms or products competing within the endpoint management space
- Experience supporting products used by IT administrators and enterprise technology teams
- Experience with enterprise device lifecycle management, security, compliance, or fleet management solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within global product organizations spanning multiple regions and time zones
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Technical background in software development, systems integration, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology
- Experience incorporating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise software products
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations with mature governance and product management practices
