As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to support our recruiting and sales teams by identifying talent, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, creating job postings, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our recruitment team.

Position Summary

The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our recruiters and account managers. This person will help identify talent, engage candidates, coordinate interviews, create job postings, maintain candidate records, and ensure recruiters have a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to speak with.

 

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable communicating with people. They will enjoy research, candidate engagement, and helping a team operate efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Research

  • Identify and source qualified candidates for technology and professional opportunities
  • Conduct research and talent mapping activities
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Search online databases, professional networks, referrals, and internal resources to identify potential candidates
  • Generate referrals and expand Benchmark's talent network
  • Support recruiters by identifying qualified candidates for active searches

 

Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates
  • Perform preliminary candidate screening and qualification
  • Gather key information regarding skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters for further assessment
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates

 

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients
  • Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up activities
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

 

Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing

  • Create, edit, and post professional job descriptions
  • Publish opportunities across recruiting platforms and job boards
  • Assist with promoting opportunities to relevant candidate communities
  • Support the recruitment team with candidate attraction initiatives

 

Database & Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
  • Update resumes, profiles, notes, and contact information
  • Organize candidate pipelines and talent pools
  • Assist with reporting and recruitment metrics
  • Support recruiters and account managers with administrative and operational activities

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and technology platforms

 

Preferred

  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, administration, sales support, marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, ATS platforms, or recruiting tools
  • Experience conducting online research and talent identification
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 - $55,000 / year plus benefits
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
