Our client, one of British Columbia's largest healthcare organizations, is undertaking a major Workforce Management (WFM) transformation initiative, replacing a legacy scheduling platform with a modern cloud-based SaaS solution.

To support this transition, they are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to focus on HyperCare support, Organizational Change Management (OCM), business readiness, and post-implementation stabilization activities. This role will work closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, support teams, and system integration partners to ensure successful adoption of the new Workforce Management platform and a smooth transition into operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business analysis, workforce management, SaaS implementation, and organizational change experience within large, complex environments.

Responsibilities:

HyperCare & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate and support HyperCare activities following system deployment
  • Triage incoming support requests and categorize issues related to business processes, training gaps, system defects, or technical issues
  • Assess issue severity and business impact, ensuring appropriate prioritization and escalation
  • Act as a key liaison between end users, business teams, support teams, technical teams, and implementation partners
  • Monitor issue resolution progress and support timely closure of critical operational issues
  • Review support metrics, request volumes, resolution timelines, and service level performance, escalating concerns as required

Organizational Change Management & User Adoption

  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Organizational Change Management activities
  • Review training materials, quick reference guides, fact sheets, job aids, and user support documentation for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Identify recurring user challenges, knowledge gaps, and adoption barriers and recommend improvements to change management strategies
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge repositories, support documentation, and lessons-learned materials
  • Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams through knowledge transfer, updates, training sessions, and documentation
  • Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and change management teams to support user readiness and adoption

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to support decision-making, issue resolution, and process improvements
  • Contribute to business analysis deliverables including options analyses, decision documents, process reviews, and recommendations
  • Work closely with external system integration partners and internal project teams to support implementation and stabilization efforts
  • Support reporting, stakeholder communications, and project governance activities as required

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large-scale business transformation or technology implementation projects
  • Experience supporting HyperCare, post-go-live stabilization, operational readiness, or production support activities
  • Experience working on SaaS implementations within complex, highly integrated enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles, user adoption strategies, and business readiness activities
  • Experience working with third-party System Integrators (SI) and multi-vendor delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience producing business analysis artifacts, decision documents, options analyses, and process documentation
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced project environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), workforce scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, or labour management systems
  • Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations or large healthcare transformation programs
  • Familiarity with unionized workforce environments and complex scheduling processes
  • Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and workforce management practices within large public-sector organizations

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major Workforce Management transformation initiative, helping ensure successful user adoption, operational readiness, and long-term business success following deployment of a modern enterprise scheduling platform.
