The Opportunity

We are looking to add an experienced Technical Recruiter to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong candidate relationships, running full-cycle recruitment, and working closely with Account Managers on meaningful, well-scoped searches. You will work on a mix of permanent and contract technology roles across a variety of domains, with the support of an established client base and a collaborative internal team.

What You Will Do

• Run full-cycle technical recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offers
• Partner closely with Account Managers to calibrate requirements and deliver quality shortlists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology professionals
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and market research
• Manage candidate pipelines and activity in the ATS or CRM
• Provide honest, consultative guidance to candidates throughout the process
• Represent Benchmark professionally in the market

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, agency or in-house
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Infrastructure, Security, Data, or similar
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities effectively
• Clear, professional communication and strong relationship-building skills

Nice-to-have

• Agency recruitment background
• Experience recruiting into enterprise environments
• Familiarity with contract recruitment
